Patient Access
If you are on long-term medication and eligible for repeat prescriptions you can order in a variety of ways:
- In person – drop your repeat slip in the box provided opposite the pharmacy in the entrance to the health centre, having clearly marked the items required.
- By post – send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
- Online – follow the link at the top of this page to register for online ordering or call the surgery for more information.
- Email – email your repeat request along with your name and date of birth to [email protected]
Pharmacy Collection Service
Each of the pharmacies in Ulverston will collect and make up prescriptions on your behalf saving you another trip to the surgery. Please enquire at reception about how to arrange this. Please note that you should allow 72 hours for your prescriptions to be delivered to pharmacies for them to be processed. The Pharmacy may then need some additional time to process your prescription.
Please allow three full working days for prescriptions to be processed if collecting from the Surgery and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account. Patients using the pharmacy collection service should allow SEVEN days.
