Complaints and Compliments

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can sometimes go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint.

If this is so, please contact the surgery and we will try and deal with your complaint either in person or over the phone, if we cannot then please put your complaint in writing in any of the following ways:

  • By letter addressed to the Business Manager, Dr Murray and Partners.
  • By completing the complaints form below.
  • Or email [email protected] and include FAO Business Manager in the subject heading.

Please include your name, address, and details of the complaint including any relevant dates or people involved.
