Our reception area is now open.

If attending surgery for an appointment please remember to check in with the screens located next to the reception window otherwise your clinician will not know you are here.

If you need to drop off a prescription request please post in the box at the bottom of the stairs.

Samples can be left in the box at the top of the stairs. Spare bottles and bags are located on the table underneath.

Any future prescriptions will be issued electronically directly to a pharmacy so please ensure you have told us where you would like yours sending.
